Graze offers fresh home-made fare, featuring simple, yet creative, tasty dishes. The a la carte menu features a selection of western and asian seafoods, poultry, pastas, great cheeses, garden-fresh vegetables and salads. Graze signature dishes include Crispy Hand-rolled Pork Hock with spiced plum, cucumber, and marinated bean shoot salad and a redcurrant chili caramel, 2-point gippsland lamb rack, with fetta mash, roasted vine tomatoes and aromatic respberry sauce, and Pan Roasted Barramundi on organic pumpkin ravioli with chili plum salsa and basil oil. Graze also offers a BBQ menu of choice cuts and the freshest seafood served with great choice of salads and wholesome side dishes. Choose from a selection of set menus which our chefs have created. We offer a special ‘home-style’ menu for groups of from 4 to 40, which is served family-style and can be crafted to suit specific tastes. Three days advance booking is required for this. Alternatively, enjoy a unique custom-made menu (which does not require advance notice) where you can select from a wide range of Graze signature dishes to create your own 4-course dinner. Or, if you prefer to leave the task of choosing to us, just relax and opt for our ready set menu. The all-day Sunday brunch treats include classic treats such as Graze’s big breakfast choices - the cast iron pan, for meat lovers or vegetarians, banana pancakes, Graze prime rump hamburger, eggs benedict, healthy options, refreshing brunch cocktails and delights for those with a sweet-tooth. The ever popular barbeque menu is also available during lunch on Sundays.
