about this place

Since September 15th,1997 we have been building and designing quality projects with Balinese flair in Indonesia and around the world. The wakatobi Eco diving retreat, Raja Ampat lodge Papua, and Island resort in Fiji, Reethi-Rah floating bungalows in the Maldives, and the Amanyara project in the Caribbean to name a few. We believe the essence of good design is the ability to ask simple question. Good design is 92% common sense 8% aesthetics. For instance we ask our client. How do you want your family to live, and how do you want your guests to feel when they visit? We define the problem together, the solution then comes easily following some basic rules. These include Assessment, planning the budget, which does what, employing others, other of work. For this we use the most competent in our team. Architectural character is deal with by an inspired group, who concentrate on interior-exterior details. IMAGE BALI carpenters `TUKANG KAYU’ carving and woodwork is top-notch especially flooring which they ensure remains termite free. IMAGE BALI masons `TUKANG TERRAZZO’ primary concern is that their work will be lasting, esthetic, free of mould or rising damp. IMAGE BALI FOREMEN supervise the tradesmen as well as the unskilled labour combining honesty with discipline and integrity. All of the above put our clients and company ideas into practice.
